Good Value ( nonickname999abcd )
The Omnibus editions are good value for the money, and a convenient way to collect the novels.
Volume I has the first three Harry Bosch novels:
- The Black Echo
- The Black Ice
- The Concrete Blonde
Volume 2 has the next three:
- The Last Coyote
- Trunk Music
- Angels Flight
It helps to read the novels in order as characters carry throught the novels, with some characters dropping out, and new characters added along the way. I think that sometimes the author gets tired of a character and decides to remove the character from the series. It definitely keeps them from upstaging Harry.

The Harry Bosch Novels, v. 2 - Michael Connelly
Enjoyed receiving three full-length books in one. Michael Connelly has become a favorite author of mine.

Harry's back and true to form! ( vivisue )
Avid Harry fan? You won't want to miss these. Lightweight for a 3 in 1 book and every bit what you expect from Harry - and some of the unexpected. Never a dull moment!

a serial killer
Several weeks ago, I picked up a Harry Bosch novel in a local book store. Since then I have ordered 12 other of the series from Amazon. I only have three left to read. Each novel stands alone, but if you read the series in order, it's a lot more fun. Great detectuve stories by a very readable author.
