This must-have guide for concerned parents offers detailed analysis and nutritional tips on thousands of the most popular food choices for kids. Covering the best and worst options available at the most popular restaurants in the country as well as the healthiest—and most harmful—foods in the supermarket aisles, if kids are eating it, this book is probably analyzing it. Other features include: -Restaurant Report Cards on the best chain restaurants for your kids -Drink This, Not That! for Kids -The 20 Worst Kids’ Meals in America -10 "Healthy" Foods that Aren't -The 8 Foods You Should Feed Your Kid Every Day

Very Good
I enjoyed the Adult version of this book, so I purchase the child version to share with my kids and teach them about eating.
The book is well designed in that it does seem to keep them focused on learning about the subject matter and what to look for to try to eat healthier, though unfortunately it is often difficult to eat "healthy" due to all the things kids face these days, such as vending machines and fast food.
It seems to have helped in that my children seem to be considering their eating choices, and making (or agreeing to) better ones than before.

Useful nutritional guide for kids.. ( malcoinc )
Love this book for its visuals and categorized format. I think this book is a useful nutritional guide for kid foods.

Read This, Not That
I brought this book into my seventh grade science class and my kids cannot take their eyes off it. The photographs of all their favorite foods immediately capture their attention. The nutrition information is well-researched, thorough, and positively encyclopedic. This book is a must for all parents.

Not just for kids ( darylwayne )
I accidentally ordered this volume instead of the original one that I guess was intended for adults. Even though I don't have kids, this was still a good read. I don't have to worry about school lunches anymore, but there was some great info on vending machines. After a few days, I gave it to my co-worker (with kids) and bought the original version.

Eat This, Not That (for kids)
This is a great book and really informative. Some of the items in the book were very surprising (some shocking!) so it's good to know what you are feeding your children!
