Product Reviews:
  Rapd Interpretation of EKG's
Outstanding book on interpreting EKG'. Extremely practical. It's the best book I've ever read on this subject.
  Good Book
The book is good. Information is presented at a level that many will be able to read and understand.
  Good Book
This is a light and easy read that covers the basic science behind EKGs and how to interpret them. I bought this book as a second resource for PA school, and I am glad I did. Our 'assigned' class text was terrible, and I thought I was doomed until I found this book. It helped me to grasp the basics since I didn't have much prior experience. This book would be great for someone that needs an easy and fun read on how to approach an EKG even if you've never done it before. This book doesn't cover every single higher concept, but it should teach you what you need to know and give you a foundation to understand the rest.
Good, but could be much shorter ( johnnyhop )
Dubin's book is not bad. The main text is not terribly high yield for studying for an exam in med school. The format is a little infuriating--too many pages containing trivial information that you're forced to flip through and skim. The useful information in this book, however, is really useful which makes this book somewhat worth reading. The summary/pocket guide that is included in the back is extremely high yield and that alone can be used in conjunction with the course materials/syllabi to get a good picture of typical EKG patterns and their pathophysiology.

  A BIG HELP
This interactive text was a big help to me. It breaks down the process of reading EKGs into simplified steps using graphics and easy to follow text. I would recommend this text to anyone just learning how to read EKGs or to anyone who finds it difficult.
