Natural Health books come and go, but this is one of the great references that will be used for years to come. A very comprehensive guide with a wide spectrum of health disorders, explanations of their causes and practical recommendations for healing them.

Also, you don't need to be ill, to benefit from this book. This is a superb health guide for everyone. Be careful or you may find yourself feeling better than you have in decades!

  macrobiotic diet 
Less meat, more beans. Dietary suggestions are contrary to scientifically known benefits. Such as people from N. America should not eat fruit, avocados or olive oil. Puhlease.
