How to cure Panic Attacks, Anxiety, OCD, Depression...
This book explains the biological source of OCD, anxiety, depression, and etc. It tells you how to heal OCD along with other forms of depression through the use of supplements and a sensible diet.
My wife was finally able to understand the source of the panic attacks she used to have.
Most people will try to cure OCD and other forms of depression with anti-depressants and therapy alone only to realize overtime that they won't be able to stay away from anti-depressants because the depression is still there.
By following Dr. Larson's directions I was able to get my life back.
Let me tell you that the supplements you suggest are great. Most people I talk to have never even heard of Inositol which works wonders for anxiety.
The only supplement from your directions that I decided not to take is L-tryptophan. Nowadays people are choosing to take 5-Hydroxytryptophan ( 5-HTP ) instead of L-tryptophan. For personal reasons I decided to stay away from 5-HTP also.

I suppose I really shouldn't be reviewing a book that I've only skimmed through, but it has already affected my anxiety level. I'm going through an extremely anxious and depressed time right now and for the first time, the anti-depressants aren't sending me on my way emotionally. The number of potential defiencies and their natural treatments are overwhelming and I'm finding myself tormented by the "what if she's right and I need to spend all this money and determine which apply to me" thoughts. If this could help, it would be worth the money, but I can't help wondering if I'm being duped. What's the Truth?

Yes... the book has a few hokey infomercial statements... However the bottom-line is... If you can be honest and truthful with yourself and follow the recommendations presented in this book, you can feel better naturally. In a nut shell, this book helps you to analyze your symptoms and provides you with various natural recipes (supplements/diet changes/exercise) to follow. For me... After several weeks of following the recommended recipes, I began to feel better. However - my journey was not easy... it was not quick... But with dedication and perseverance, I am confident that this book will work for you too. It has been over a year since I bought and read this book and I continue to have loads of energy and zest for life. Please note that this energy comes from my diet, supplements, and exercise and not from any prescription drugs or short-term energy drinks/foods. What she says in this book works. That all I'm saying. It has worked for me personally, and has worked for two other people that I know, helping them feel better just by doing the mega-doses of Omega 3. You don't have to buy all the expensive vitamins that she sells in her propietary doses. You can approximate them and buy them much cheaper elsewhere.
